Dorr Conley Bean was my great great grandfather.
He was born May 23, 1894 in Upshur Co., West Virginia and died Dec 4, 1956 in Greene Co., Pennsylvania.
Dorr had 2 siblings, with the mother being Sarah Alameda Bean & father being Robert Joshua Bean.
Robert Joshua Bean had 3 children with this daughter, Sarah Alameda after his wife passed away. Robert Joshua Bean had 12 children with his wife, Mary Shepler.
This was, and still kind of is, a big family secret. Sarah Alameda never told her family that her father was the father of her 3 children, and it was never documented this way until after Robert Joshua Bean's death.
Dorr married Louise Alderman & they had 4 children: Pauline, Milam, Millicent, & Junior.
