Thomas Chase was born 1422 in Chesham, Buckinghamshire, England and died 1512 in Chesham, Buckinghamshire, England.
Thomas was married to Elizabeth. They have at least 6 children: John, Christian, Richard, Elizabeth, Agnes, & Christian.
